GR-2001
Cast becomes hard by water contact, and it is the orthopaedic
fixed adhesive tape to make a broken bone naturally synthesized
and cured and to protect a damaged muscle by swathing a fracture
and luxation region in it in the shape you want. It is made of polyester
fiber (100%) and indurative resin, especially useful for the construction
of most common orthopedic casts, support cast, weight-bearing cast,
etc. And it is 1/5 of the weight of plaster bandage and lighter
(15%) than an article of glass fiber though it has strength of the
level of the existing glass-fiber products (twenty times stronger
than plaster bandage). And also, it is superior to an article
of glass fiber in plasticness, mouldability, safety, and durability.
